The first step is a phone call or email to discuss the project. Afterward, we set a time to come to your home and look at what needs to be done. We’ll provide you with an estimate, but once we’re back at the office, we’ll send a formal quote for you to review. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set a date to begin work, order materials, and prepare for the job.
Once you decide to move forward with us on a window replacement job, we’ll stop by your home and measure the windows inside. Depending on which manufacturer you choose, it can take 8-12 weeks for new windows to arrive. After they’re shipped, we’ll schedule a date to begin installation.
If you contact us for a roofing replacement or repair, we’ll work with you to pick the shingle colors you’d like on your home and any other details. Then, we’ll schedule a date to do the work. Most roofing jobs can be completed in one day, depending on the weather.
For most jobs, we accept payment once the project is complete and you’re fully satisfied with our work. However, in some situations (like larger renovations), we may discuss a partial payment before the work is completed. We will talk about this with you in advance, so you’re not surprised by an unexpected invoice.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including personal checks, cashier checks, cash, and debit or credit cards.*
