CEILING AND BACK DROP WORK

Dennis Home Improvement installed all of the framing. Dennis Home Improvement installed the porch ceiling and roofed the entire house. Customer installed the flooring and rails.  Roofing contractor installing a new roof for entire home

Home addition build with covered porch area

Concrete slab poured for an addition built onto the front of the home. Construction of structure built by D.H.I. with Andersen windows and a metal roof installed. Roof extended to cover front porch area.

Roof build on existing back deck

Roof build on existing back deck. Installed posts and LVL beams for support, installed osb, ice & water shield. Installed standing seam metal roof, fascia soffit on eaves gables, ceiling fans installed with electrical, new gutters and downspouts.

Total exterior renovation

Roof replacement (architect GAF Pewter Grey), siding replacement – Hardie plank board and batten, screened in front porch de~ install window, French door install, water heater room addition, back porch new steps with composite and Westbury rail kit.
