Cut back existing brick on rear column opening to accommodate a 36″ door. Cut out concrete/pour footer in two areas. Add brick columns in three areas. Install framing, sheathing, and house wrap in two or three open areas in carport. Add framing on face wall. Once everything was in place we installed Hardie Plank board and batten siding. Exterior trim finishes consisted of PVC material. Garage doors installed.
